Shipping Policy

Vibrator Saxophone ships all saxophones and accessories directly from our workshop in Thailand. Each instrument is handcrafted to meet our quality standards. This includes The Worlds First Polymer Saxophone, Sax For All.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. For custom or pre-order products, additional processing time may apply. Any extended lead times will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipment fees.
